Ex250e / gpx250r ii. ????
Just brought a Jap Import GPX250R II that was advertised as a 1988 model.
The Chasis Number however says it's a EX250E. Can anyone help with what year this bike is, as I need to order some parts??? |

The gpx is the same as the ex250/ninja250 Kawasaki just used different names depending on which market is was sold.
Just like the EX500/ninja500 being called the GPZ500.

Still confused
Quote:
Problem appears to be that the 86/87 may have different fairings to 88+ and I need to order some fairing / fender parts from USA and need to make sure I order parts that will fit! |

yea it might have been an "E" with a "G" upgrade then wrongly titled as gpx250r II. or could be swapped over into an E frame, from what i was reading G was just an F with dual front brakes so parts should be the same except for front braking setup. but then it says E on frame...
lol sorry for the confusion |
