photoshop services at your request

hey everyone! i'm pretty new to the forum and don't have a bike yet so i don't really have much to contribute. i really like this forum, and have found many of the discussions to be informative and inspiring for when i get my own ninja. with that being said i am offering my photoshop services for any paint schemes/ideas you guys would like to see. i enjoy doing them so just pm me or make the request in this thread. here's a sample of some of things i have done on my own. with the last image, everything in gray will give you an idea as to what can be altered, as well as any color blocking on the main fairings.

that was intentional, i had someone ask for a star integrated into a paint scheme without stickers. etc. the lines of the 250 made that turn out pretty good - she loved it.

Hey Vince,

Just a quick request: I like the scheme you have for the red bike, but could you take away the white accents stripes, change the rim colors back to black, add red "rim tape" to the rims, and chang the muffler color back to stock chrome???

I know it's a lot but I'd actully consider asking around to see if someone could paint that scheme for me if I could realistically (if that's a word) see it on my bike...I'm just debating on whether or not I'll tackle a job like this myself or take it somewhere to get it done :/

THANKS!!!

My request.
I like dark colors.
How about a black ninja 250 with gun metal grey wheels and maybe throw in some dark grey accents.

I will reference my previous statement

"wow ! Vince you're good!"

That makes me want to go out right now and have those wheels powdercoated.

Nice work! Maybe I'll post a few of my own when I'm home from work.

Mind me asking how you're doing the color change? I ask because I can think of probably 3-5 ways of doing it, yours works well on the highlights and midtones but the shadows are keyed up a lot. I'm wondering if your method would work in combination with another to preserve the darker tones too.

Disclaimer: I am a professional Graphic Designer, forgive me.

i'm excited to see what a pro can do! i hear what you're saying. the original pic has some strong highlights that i've tried to get rid of to give a more even tone, (used a contrast mask, and some other methods), but didn't really like the results. as far as color change, i desaturate using the average of lightness and luminosity, then i use the hue and saturation attributes to get the color close to what i want. after that i sometimes tweak the tone one way or another using the input and output levels.

i'm interested in what insight you have for me

here you go, pretty sure you didn't want yellow wheels, but can do if you would like to see. also unsure as to how bright you wanted the yellow, can tone it down if need be.

Hey Vince,

One more request. Could you take the red bike again and make black accents where the orange accents are on this bike (pretty much making the same exact copy using the red/black color scheme), except keeping the rims and exhaust stock and still adding red "rim tape" to it. I promise this should be my last one ... I think ...

THANK YOU!

And yes, if I get this done I will most certainly post pics. I should be caught up on a few things by next month and I'll be talking to my mechanic about getting it done. With the new lines and using the color black it shouldn't take too long and it shouldn't be too expensive. Thanks again.

Hey mate, wonder if you can use "Tony v2.0" to make one for me

I would like the bike to be blue, the black ascents to be white, white rim tape instead of blue, and a blacked out exhaust. And if possible, make the 'Kawasaki' and 'Ninja' decals white.

Cheers mate

A quick warning for everyone:

I know that quite a few of us like to peruse the forums while we're at work (like I'm doing right now), so I thought I'd let you guys know that clicking this thumb may open up porn pop-ups on your computer. I clicked the pic to get a better view and got about three of them that came up pretty quickly. Luckily I was able to close out of all of them, I just thought everyone should know!

*Edit: This still doesn't take away from your awesome Busa-jette, or Nin-busa, or whatever you want to call it Drew.
