Chain question

So its time to change my chain and sprockets. I think I'm going to go with the JT 15/45 setup, but was wondering about a chain. I'm trying to save my money atm and saw this chain which is WAY cheaper than the others I've seen and I assume thats for a reason. Thoughts?

Cheaper chains usually stretch faster and have inferior bushings.
