It wont fit on a Ninja 250 handle bar. You would need to get aftermarket clip ons such as Woodcrafts to mount that. You need a bar thats hollow in order to install the rubber bushing into. Stock handlebars have a threaded nut that allows you to mount the stock barends. Many other stock 7/8" bars ARE hollow though, so maybe they WILL work for you if you are talking about a bike other than a Ninja 250.
See my video here:

At the end of the video where we hold the end of the bar towards the camera you can see what im talking about.

Yes, I found out about the welded-in nut to my disappointment when I tried to fit these Oberon indicators:

http://www.oberon-performance.com/ac...ndicators.html

My solution was to saw off the portion of the nut that protrudes past the end of the handlebar, then drill out the remainder of the nut to find the 19mm internal diameter pipe.

I then drilled a small (5mm?) hole in the underside of the pipe at the triple tree end for the wire to come out of.

It's possible, if you don't mind butchering your stock bars. It would be easier with clip-ons :-)

HTH, Pete
