Cross Helmet, another smart helmet?

Well here's another company making promises, hopefully this one will work out.

Guess they only have one prototype, and it's 3 sizes to big for the model.

I think it's purdy ugly looking, but that;s my opinion.

Another heads up display in a helmet? Don't you feel your attention on the road is compromised when you are busy looking at those things?

I like the cool features but the design looks weird.

I hope this one makes it to market, I think it is a good idea. I just got a new ReVuu so I am good for 5 more years barring a crash.

Depends on the design. With a true HUD, you don't look at it, you look through it. Whatever is displayed on the HUD is focused at infinity so you don't have to switch your focus between it and whatever is ahead.

Beyond that, it's up to you and the amount of customization the system allows. Only show things that don't distract you, if you can't do that, then don't use the system.

I have never seen the ReVuu before, such a simple system which works great.

I may need to set up my new Arai helmet somewhere the kids or missus could knock it down from and damage it, I will start working on my evil plan.

Thanks for the info.
