Ian Barry is on a quest to make the best custom bikes anywhere. He and his fiancée, Amaryllis Knight, founded Falcon Motorcycles in Los Angeles earlier this year; together they unearth special parts on eBay and on research trips (one find: a 1920 Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost headlight) and transform them into one-of-a-kind rides.
