Are There Options for Ignition Advancing

Building my second 250R race bike and I looked into this several years back. I purchased the Factory Pro one the first time but never used it. My wife accidentally throw it away. I'm building the second bike now because I missed racing it and I couldn't afford a 400 or R3. I've read that a company called BRT or another company possibly makes a module but I can't find any information on it.

Can anyone direct me to the right place?

Are the Jetting Pro modules still available to purchase new? Who made them? Or the BRT?

Cant say I know anything about either. BRT is out of indonesia and as of a yr or two ago they dont show them for sale. I dont know a thing about the jetting unit. Webike Japan or some of the Indonesian vendors may be worth a look.

At this point ninja 250 racebikes are worth $1500 so nobody is putting $$ into them, other than 300 engine swaps. Cant be much market for ignition modules.

There's been issues with BRT. They can fail and kill engine while on track. Then you've 20 guys bearing down on you at 150mph+. They can also lose their memory and prevent bike from starting up.

Offset woodruff key on flywheel will let you adjust ignition-advance by +/-1 degree increments.

Easy way to change ignition-curves on new-gen is to retrofit various pre-gen ignition boxes. Look up the ignition-curves for each one and get unit that has curve you want. I spliced plugs from pre-gen onto my harness in Y-configuration so I can use either pre-gen or new-gen unit and switch between them easily. Prefer splicing in the '94+ ignitor plugs as colours match new-gen harness.
DIY - Replace the '08+ CDI (Ignitor) with the '88-94 CDI
