6 month old 250 w/2100 miles
I recently had to have my rotors and brake pads changed(front/back) on 5/25/12 because of loud squealing noise. Warranty did cover. Had my beast for 6 months now and it has approx. 2100 miles on it. WTF is going on?? 6 months and i have new rotors and brake pads! Is this normal? And guess what....ITS HAPPENING AGAIN!!! Started doing it again 4 days ago. I can hear the squealing over my HMF exhaust, cars passing by and with my helmet on! Again WTF?

New rotors was probably a waste. Squeal is cause most of the time by pads.
You sure it's a brake squeal?

Regardless of what is causing it, get back to the dealer. Since they fixed it once under warranty they should be able to provide some insight.
And if not insight, perhaps another round of brake pads.

I was about to suggest that it is your speedo... I had that problem and it was pretty loud.

The first brakes/rotor change was necessary, rotors were uneven, wasn't smooth. And this time around they said to "intermittently brake hard" so the rubbish(brake dust) are being removed. Love my 250, just angry that i had to go back twice in a 2 week period for the same damn reason. And another thing....the rear wheels, or should i say the lines on the swing arm is to make sure the rear wheel is lined up correctly right? they have to be even right? well they are NOT! its uneven by a centimeter or 2. will that affect the bike?

Centimeter? Different by a millimeter or two and you may not notice it, but a centimeter or two? Haven't tried it but I think the tire would be pretty close to the swing arm at that point. Surely you would feel it in the ride.
