2010 Ninja 250r Gas Tank Problem
Hey ninja 250r riders!!!
Since I bought my 2010 Ninja 250r, I can never get the fuel gauge to display a full tank. I would go get gas and watch the gas being filled to the top, but the gauge will only show 3/4 full every time. What seems to be the problem and how can I fix it??? Thanks in advance!! Jonathan T. |

That's just how it is.. The gas gauge is notoriously off on the 250s. Just pay attention to your trip. I usually fill up every 180 miles because by the time I get to 120 miles, gas gauge shows empty when I still have over 2 gallons of fuel left

Jonny - are you making sure to fill the tank until the gas actually touches the metal ring near the top?
