Morning Ride in Snoqualmie Valley

Got up at 6:30 this morning and found out the weather was going to be nice, so I geared up and zoomed on the Duvall-Snoqualmie highway through Carnation and Fall City.

I always love a foggy fall morning. The sun shines down onto farmlands and creates beautiful, dreamy views on both sides of the road. Grew up in a city, I never get tired of scenic drives/rides through the rural Washington.

Cool and good for you! That's a nice area to ride.

Alas, I mowed some lawn (mainly to suck up leaves).

I gotta rake leaves off my lawn too. Not my favorite thing to do.

Nice! I hope you enjoyed your ride. I helped husband take down a section of the fence in our yard, move the woodpile, and get some of the leaf mess cleaned up out of the driveway.

Yeah, that looks about right. The fire marched right over it. I haven't gone to check anything out yet; still waiting until they finish the work they need to do replacing power poles and whatnot. Many of the good riding canyons are in the burn zone.

It will come back.
