Life's bucket list

Life's too short. Everyone should have a bucket list in progress, right? Lay it out there. List places you want to go, experiences you want to have, things you want to attempt before you die.

Which of these have you already checked off? Use a smilie to indicate the list items you've tried or experienced.

My list of actions:
  • Learn to ride a motorcycle.
  • Hike the Appalachian Trail (6/5/2015-12/7/2015)
  • Become a beer writer
  • Learn a martial art
  • Work in beer brewery
  • Hike the Pacific Crest Trail
  • Swim with dolphins in the wild
  • Hang glide

My list of places:
  • Costa Rica
  • Hawaii
  • Italy
  • Jamaica -
  • Yosemite
  • Yellowstone
  • Grand Canyon

So many experiences but so much left to experience! Life's simply awesome.

Life's too long. I've finished off my bucket list and now I'm bored. I'm hoping for Alzheimer's so I have to do it all over again, and again, and again.

I have almost completed my list.
Except for the 125 mph on a ninja 250. And Bonneville is always calling.

@ally99:
A couple of suggestions to your list:
If you're going to make it all the way to Manning Park on the Pacific Trail hike; may I suggest you make arrangements to add on the Pacific Coast Trail too!
http://www.westcoasttrailbc.com/trail_guidebook_map.htm
Also; you might consider Paragliding rather than Hangliding. The downside of Hangliding is the size of the hardware: I carry my Paraglider on my back on my motorcycle. A hanglider has a tube over 10 feet long so requires a roof rack on a car at the very least! As to the actual flying: Hangliding is fantastic but I do prefer the flying of a Paraglider. Both can be and should be first experienced via tandem flights.

Getting a motorcycle had been on mine, so I got that done.

Places to visit? Far too many to list. I'll go just about anywhere that seems reasonably safe.

That's really cool! I had no idea. I just want to fly. I'll look into paraglinding then.

Yep, that's Office Space, one of the very few movies I have watched more than once. Fun movie.

I have this odd picture of a chute deployment on your motorcycle journey; and the wildness that could transpire

Instead of "layin' her down" I just "let her rip"!
It's my emergency escape; in case a bridge washes out or bad guys are chasing me! ...have you never watched James Bond 007, The Spy who loved me?

All the gear including harness, folded wing, helmet, radios etc are in a backpack. It's impossible (I may have just jinxed myself ) for the chute to be accidentally or intentionally deployed while travelling or hiking.

Glad that's the case, but it would make for great television... Riding a beautiful mountain pass with some of that slow music with epic shots and the chute deploys for amazing vista views n such

Never really got into James bond

What do you mean you never got "into" James Bond? What's not to like? He's usually a fairly hot actor, cool stunts, cool toys for sure, and dude, he's a spy!!

Never thought of anything to be inserted to the bucket list. I think I have one now. I wish to visit USA and see any one of you guys. Better yet, to ride along the dragon's tail!
