Header that blocks drain plug

yoshimura made it for a couple of years and also a muffler. i wish i can find any information on it. i contacted yoshi and all they said is that it was discontinued and they had no other information or pictures... does anyone know where i can find out about it. i had a 97 and it was on there when i bought it. i rode the thing for 10000 miles and never changed the oil due to a fear of stripping the exhaust bolts since they were so rusted. go ninja

heres a vid not very good

As bad as having the exhaust block the drain plug, not changing your oil for that many miles is the biggest problem, take it to an oil change place and have it evacuated through a tube inserted through the fill plug hole. You can make something cheaply if you aren't able to locate a shop capable of doing it, just get a turkey baster and small tube you can slide on the tip and slip it down the fill hole and suck it out that way, better to change something than to leave contaminated oil in it.

Another option is something like this for a more permanent solution for many other uses than just the bike.

Can you reach the bottom of the sump from the fill hole? If so, marine supply stores sell pumps designed to evacuate oil from a boat engine's dipstick hole. Doesn't help with the filter, though.
