Help me fix my recovered stolen bike

I got my bike back. Yay! I had no insurance. Boo! Means I get to spend lots on replacement parts and fix everything myself.

So far, I know I am replacing the ignition switch, the helmet lock, the gas cap, and the top triple clamp.
  1. Does anyone know where I might find instructions for replacing the ignition switch/top triple? Not even the factory service manual has this information.
  2. The driver seat is no longer locked. I can slide it on and off at any time. I honestly can't remember what used to lock this -- does anyone know what might be broken if the seat is freely removable?

The driver seat is probably missing the 2 bolts securing it. One on each side. Take off the black side panels and check to see that there's bolts on each side of it.
