Red face Greetings from British Columbia

Hey community, I own a 2009 Ninja 250R that i've been riding since i was 16. I'm now 20 and have decided that its time to go after a vision that i've been with-holding for a long time. First of all, I absolutely love my bike. Power, handling, mileage, and overall? Fun out the whazoo, without being intimidating. I plan on sticking with the 250 for a few more years, and gain more riding experience and knowledge before taking on a larger platform.
As for the plan, she currently sits fairing-less in my backyard. I intend to keep it that way. I dropped it my 2nd year riding and punched the signal light through the fairing, possibly a sub-conscious act at the street fighter revival. That or being in a rush.
I got too smart for my own good in the initial 'street-fighter-ifying' and cut out the plugs for the gauge cluster and have lost all ignition. (Plz dont start ragging on me yet. Thats why I'm here. So I don't ruin my wallet or my bike further in the transformation process.) I've already ordered a new wiring harness (practically stolen for 50$ on ebay) so with that sorted, the bike is stock and stripped! A Two Brothers Black series slip on (chrome finish black tip with green hardware) is sitting in my closet ready to be installed when I can get the bike running again.

I hope that I will find communion with you folks here, and as i take on identifying further with my Ninjette that with your guys' (and gals?) support I will be able to successfully diy the transformation! I will post plans down in the 08-12 250R forum to start to get this bike rolling! Cheers!
