We're having a get together for lunch and possibly some group pictures on 6/25, the last Saturday of this month.

We should do a chico/willets meet.
That way everyone can drive about an hr or 2 and meet up.
The bay is too far.

. I don't relish riding 2 hours to meet in the hot inlands

. You're more than welcome to set up a norcal meet for you guys up north.

BTW, I'll be arriving between 11:30 and noon. I have a volunteer gig on Saturday mornings; I'll leave a little early but I won't be able to leave San Carlos until 11am. Traffic-willing, I'll just zip over Hwy 92 and be at Sam's ASAP.

Anyone leaving from the Berkeley/Oakland-ish area? It's a bit far for me too, not sure if I feel confident about riding all the way there by myself.

Unfortunately I'm from south san jose. I will be meeting up with a friend of mine in Sunnyvale if you can make it there, we can ride together.

So yes, I will be there, as long as my parts come in a timely manner. Turns out both of my tensioners in the back are broken, so I need to replace those along with the chain and front brakes. But yeah, I'll be attending. Ugh my bike is turning into quite the lemon, but it starts up every time and for 600 bucks I cant complain, right?

We can ride to Union City to meet up with the other riders.

Yes actually that would help. I live in south San Jose/Almaden area.

Only problem is sometimes I work saturdays, sometimes I don't. I'll let you guys know though once I get my schedule.

Seriously? That's exactly where I live. I live down by almaden and Camden area. It would literally be 5mins tops to meet up. Let us a know. I'd be more than happy to meet up especially since you're on the way.

I don't mean to throw a wrench into the plans.. but BARF is having a fundraiser for a downed S.F. rider on the same day as our meet. He was hit by a SUV and took extensive damage to his body. His story can be found at http://www.bayarearidersforum.com/fo...d.php?t=369184

I was wondering since Jiggles work Saturdays, would it be possible to move the Ninjette Bay Area meet to Sunday to help support a a fellow rider. I don't mean to try to change plans within 2 weeks since everyone plans ahead.

I don't do Sundays since I go to church and spend time with my wife those days. You guys are welcome to change the days but I won't be going if it's a Sunday. I'm also not really into BARF meets.

Let's stick with the Saturday plan, i don't want to change things for people. Adam (the rider who got severely injured) has setup a donation/facebook page

Lets stick with the Saturday plans since some might not be able to make it to Sunday. We can help Adam another day or through Facebook. I was just seeing if we would lose anyone if we moved the date, I'd rather we could all meet Saturday and help Adam in other ways.

It always seems you're free on Sundays but not Saturdays. Hehe. Maybe we can just do a coffee/tea meet in the east/ south bay some Sunday evening?
