My Cafe Racer Build

We already have a 99 Ninja 250 in the Family. The story on how we got this bike; my nephew rode the other ninja to his girlfriends when her mom's boyfriend said he had one that was wrecked that he would give my nephew, so my nephew gave him $8 to get a replacement title.

I myself have done all til this point, waiting on my nephew and brother to get the rear wheel, tank, and seat pan painted then I can get it all back together. The finished tank and seat pan will be red.

When my nephew loaded it on the trailer:

In my garage and the broken fairings off:

Taking the front end apart:

I have a question... how the heck is the frame not tweaked??? With a hit that hard to the front forks I would think the frame is way out of whack. Did you have the frame checked? Just a 1/2" off is enough to make the bike unrideable. Other than that.. it looks great so far.
