engine swap

I am trying to swap the engine.
The service manual is inducing to remove the clutch, choke and throttle cables.
I see that the throttle and choke cables are attached to the carburator.
Do I really need to remove these two cables, if so, can any one know how?
I was also trying to remove the lower end clutch cable and couldn't figure it out.

the carbs can stay in which means throttle and choke cables can stay.

the lower clutch attachment has two 12mm nuts. unscrew the top one, then the bottom one all the way, then screw in the screw at the clutch handlebar perch and remove the top end of the cable out of the handlebar then you will have play at the bottom on the engine so rotate the arm thing its mounted to counter clockwise until you can pull it up and out
