Power loss

I had my carb overflow into the intake there was no diaphragm in the petcock previous owner removed it I didn't know I had my girl hold the back brake I picked the bike up and dumped the fuel out the intake then changed the oil bike did sit overnight till I realized it and changed oil n removed fuel since I get a lot of bogging and hesitation and it cuts out almost like rev limit up until 5000 rpm as soon as u go over that bike will start to open up and run better but still nothing like it was before like its starving for fuel also noticed substantial oil in left exhaust pipe same side that fuel was in noticable at the header and slip on connector also bike fell so I ran it with the silencer off to blow it out cause a good deal of smoke only on left side I've done complete rebuild of the coast enricher and carb new petcock float leveled and membrane replaced the slide had no damage and moved freely so I didn't change it or the Diaphragm springs ones in the kit were stiffer and there was no way they would open so left original ones also air idle set at 2.5 turn for left carb 1.75 for right as manual states i have gotten the OEM foam filter for bike but do not have the top cap for air box was gone when I got it since I have been removing carbs to clean 3 times before rebuilding I removed battery box to make it a easier task no damage to the air box crank case breather one connected to air box second is plugged I have done everything I know and multiple friends who are knowledgeable about bikes and we think that some lines have been changed in length and diameter on carb is causing some issues but it ran before the gas over flow well and it only has 6500 miles on it 2007 250r and I had it u to 110 on highway night before now can't get it to run strong enough to not hold it wide open up the half mile hill to my home and still downshift to first by top complete loss of power before id ride doubles on it with no issues was surprised by it considering how small it is ive done all I can think of other than sync the carb with vacuum tool cause I don't have one I never separated the carb so should be sync still from when it was a good timing bike will idle and run in neutral but once put in gear and put under a load it dies out

Only thing I could make out was diaphragm is missing from petcock?

Want to do only one thing at time and check for changes in behavior to verify you're heading in right direction. Otherwise undo that one step and start over with something else.

At this point, with so many changes, it's hard to say what change caused what effect. Personally I would undo everything and put it back to way it was. Then:

1. do compression test. Might have blown headgasket or hole in piston. Not really worth it to fix when you can buy another engine in better condition from breakers.

2. if low compression (less than 180psi across board), then do valve-clearance check and adjustment if necessary.

3. do compression test again, is still low, probably best to get another engine
