Dunno if it's too late, but I'm interested in getting the EFI kit.

I dont think Ecotrons is doing a group buy anymore..... I will be doing a write up on converting the ninja 250 to the ninja 300 fuel injection shortly though... costs about the same but you get much better quality parts.

^This sounds promising. I have a love-hate relationship with my carb, and think that if I ever get another bike (or two, or three... well, you get the idea), I will not allow myself to have more than 1 or 2 carbs to clean at a time.

What's the advantage to this?

I have a 2009 ninja 250... the only advantage for my track bike is that I can install the full Bazzaz module including up and down QS

With fuel injection you can fine tune the engine more efficiently and also change things like RPM limiters or timing.

Theres a reason why they dont make cars and bikes with carbs anymore

Shortly as in less than a couple weeks? I'd like to get the conversion done before the weather gets too cold. Are you gonna have links to the parts or a kit in your write up?

Going to try to knock it out this weekend actually, yeah I will have something up shortly on my website. Was going to have this done sooner but I have been trying to get a baseline dyno run before I started changing anything from stock but now that I'm about an hour away from the dyno I used to run I'm thinking of just doing it without putting it on the dyno... but we'll see.... I'll keep you posted.

I emailed Ecotrons, and they're still offering 10% off each kit if 2 or more kits are bought together. Is anyone else interested in buying this kit soon, who'd like to do a "group" buy with me and save $70? I wanna buy soon, say within ~2 weeks.

Message me.
