Strange noise and bike won’t start

Hello there, Recently my brother passed down to me his 2005 ex250F and she was in a shed for about 4 months so I got her back, cleaned carbs and charged the battery, and she ran great, now after riding her ONCE she would start and then idle all the way down to a stall, and I had to constantly give it gas it to keep it going, and now She makes this sound and she won’t even start, please if anyone knows anything or has any possible suggestions please do so, I really could use your help, and please don’t hesitate to ask ANY questions, I will answer any and all of them as fast as I can. (Attached file is a video you will have to download of how my bike sounds, I couldn’t figure out any other way from my mobile device)

-Edit I’ve added more video files hopefully this gives more information.

-Update: When trying to start and it doesn’t I’ve noticed fuel leaking out of Carbs, so I guess we can pinpoint this to a Carb issue now

Didn't get too much from the video, but I would check the battery voltage first.

Cranking sounded slow, but not odd to me.

Most likely you need to at least charge the battery if you haven't.

Make sure the gas is fresh and the tank is clean inside. There should be an inline fuel filter inside the fuel line where it attaches to the carb that you should check and replace if necessary.

Carbs may not be completely clean. There's quite a bit of disassembly and details required to really get them 100% clean. If you want it done professionally, talk to ducatiman.

You may want to make fine adjustments to the idle mixture, and then the idle speed, once you are sure everything else is correct.

Jkv45, I’ve checked the battery and its fine but I will try re cleaning the carbs, best way to describe the sound is it’s like a clanking noise trying to start and even with choke it doesn’t start, but you can hear it trying to with sound from the exhaust, I’ll get more video of it today to hopefully help

It sound like it's firing on only one cylinder. Normally problems like this are due to carbs that are dirty, or not fully clean even after an attempt at cleaning. They are a lot more difficult to fully clean than other carbs I've worked on.

My 2¢,

Sounds like it's hydro locking a bit. Pull the spark plugs and check them, see if they are wet, smells like raw gas, etc...

You said it was having float issues, so it stands to reason that gasoline is getting into the cylinders.
