Let me re-visit this.

Also I dont have anything to cut aluminum so they will be steel. So if youre not cool with that then these arent for you. Basically these will just weight a little bit more.

Mine were 100% made with paper template, hacksaw and file.

I made my dog bones this way.... it sucked

I will be making a front brake caliper adapter/mount this way in a week or so, it is also going to suck but unfortunately those are the tools i have.

I feel like basic rear set adjusters could be made this way with out to much hassle, you would need a drill press though, drilling all those holes with a hand held drill is definitely not the way to go.

Onlinemetals.com has 8x8 1/4" T6 6061 for like $16 shipped i think. They have some 7075 as well but i don't think they have 1/4" or anything thicker

I'm interested for sure. Will you do 2" back, 1" up like the woodcraft rear sets? That seems to be a proven setup.
