First I'll get the bracket made then check the bazzaz shift rod.. Of that doesn't work I'll get a new rod made.. That shouldn't be too difficult..

Also I know it's not really related to brackets but what would be the best material to get suspension linkages(dogbones) made out of? Ss or really good aluminum?

the dog bones are pretty simple linkage that doesn't take a terrible amount of force, t6 alu is more than enough. you should be able to find a threaded collar about an inch long. put it on the end of the stock rod, then put in another inch of threaded rod. presto chango, stock rod is now an inch longer.

I need to make it shorter to raise the bike.. So. Either I shave off one side and Make it shorter or get a brand new link made.

Ive decided to just raise the rearsets and not raise the bike. I like the lowered suspension setup. So I'm hoping to get these brackets made.. Any luck with testing them?

Looks like the discussion focuses on 08 or newer 250's and 300's, will this work or be available for pregen 250's? Thanks
