Installed Nassert Beet 320mm Front Rotor today

Hi

I installed a Nassert Beet 320mm floating front rotor today.
So far I am pretty impressed but will give it a proper mountain twisty ride tomorrow.

Looks good on the bike too
I also had braided front line & EBC HH pads already so this I thought may be a nice addition. As such the pads are not bedded in yet with the rotor but initial hard stops were promising.
Very strong progressive feel to it.

I am thinking this will be enough for me & not need to go the bigger caliper master route. But I imagine that coupled with this rotor could be pretty potent too.

Thanks guys

Old3 your the one that pushed me over the edge to try this

Will give it a test today after I go get a new Rosso II for the rear today.
Folks at the shop were teasing me yesterday asking why I was running a
rear slick yesterday.

That last Rosso II lasted me about 7-7500 KM or around 4500 miles
Front is still good for another round
Cannot complain as I love these tires so much

It'll loosen up and rattle at some point, then you replace the buttons. Looking forward to your review!

It is not bad at all & just over $100 USD

I tested it today after installing a new Rosso II rear tire

I like it.
I feel it definitely has more to it when doing hard stops.
But of course when riding I did not note anything big difference wise
as I am not usually hard on the front brake. More of an engine braking person
as I ride high revs & have tight courses to ride.

But everything felt fine & when testing hard emergency type stops
I did feel it was more substantial. Must be the leverage

I imagine with a 4 pot it would be very impressive indeed.

One thing I did find out today is I had sent a email to Nassert Beet asking if they also offered other caliper adapter for this rotor.
I was surprised when they responded that this is not their product.

I know many times in Asia there is piracy/ brand copying etc. of sorts for big names etc.
But still was surprised that a company could be so bold as to use a very unique
name like Nassert Beet. Obviously to ride their coattails/ reputation. It is a good quality rotor though as far as I can tell & worked well for me today.

Did you by chance weight the new rotor and bracket against the solid iron rotor?

You know I wanted to but did not have a small scale just my bath scale.
But I can say it felt a bit lighter ( the 320mm )
