I usually do 10-15ish over sometimes 20+, if there's hardly any traffic and I can scan way ahead for cops.
So no sh*t there I was riding down the interstate tired and trying to get home from a whole day of riding. So some lady had passed me in a Honda accord, so I was like this is not tolerable if she can go fast I can too. So I sped up to follow her. Well I guess she was in a hurry or something because I was pacing her at 90-100mph. Traffic was very light to none i believe it was a sunday evening down the I24 from Padducah. We kept this up for like 30 mnts. I would let off the throttle riding by off ramps, underpasses, over hills, and anything that looked like a vehicle on the side of the road, for obvious reasons. Anyways, we were cresting this hill and I spotted a random vehicle on the side of the road so I immediately braked quite hard. The Accord kept going and flew right by the vehicle. As I passed by my lights reflected off his vehicle. Suddenly the blue lights nobody wants to see light up, I was like welp I'm done for. He caught up to me very quickly in his Dodge Charger. I moved over a lane and he wasn't behind me, luckily he sped right past me and went after the the Honda Accord lady. I might have soiled my pantalones for a second, then I kind of felt bad for her, and then I was like better her than me. After that incident I slowed down for a bit, then sped back up to 10-15mph over..

I do 10 over (75 mph indicated) but I've read that our speedos are a bit generous, right? Normally the fast lane is going faster than me, so I don't worry about tickets.

When I follow the wife on the Highway I usually cruise at 75 mph at just under 7000 rpm while the wife on the Ninja 250 is turning around 8500-9000 rpm in 6th. I changed the gearing on her bike to 16f/39r
