Would you run a marathon?
Well, would you?
A half-marathon would count as well. Half: 13.1 miles Full: 26.2 miles That is a lot of running. I would like to get to the point of running a half. I don't think I'd really enjoy running more than that. I'm a sprinter, always have been, always will be. It would be some freakish, trophy worthy, performance for me to complete 13.1 miles without stopping.

I would like to do a half-marathon. But I have trouble sticking with running. Like I could easily get up and run for 6 miles without stopping. But I would definitely need to train for a half marathon. Haha. Maybe I will try to run more this winter.

I'm down to try a 5k, but not even a half marathon. There's a zombie run in temecula in a couple weeks! I would've signed up but I think it's all sold out now.
You so crazy @Apex...

@AznJoJo I'm doing a zombie run (5K) at the end of this year. It should be a ton of fun.

I'm with you. I'm sure I could run a marathon if I trained. But I'm a sprinter. After a mile flat out my heart wants to explode. I don't think I could run / jog more than 3 right now.

I can't remember the last time I ran, so forget half a marathon...My only reference for running a mile goes back to my high school's football field which we would run 6 laps around. So to do that 13 times, probably not lol. I want to start running someday or do some kind of resistance training like nhl players do.

my wife runs at least a half marathon (12-15) miles every month. I hate running and do jump rope and bag work for cardio but she really enjoys it. She has expensive shoes and a water belt and crazy gel packs and such that keep your body from breaking down during those long runs. Personally, any race made famous by the fact that the first runner, a trained soldier, died after completing it, just doesn't sound good for you.

I've done about 13 miles at a Relay for Life once. Last year I did Tough Mudder in Squaw Valley and that was a little over 12 miles. This year I did Tough Mudder in Tahoe at 11 miles and Diablo Grande at 10 miles. I hate running though and these were all mandatory for us so that's the only reason I did them. I'm sure I could do a full or half marathon but definitely not competitively or for any type of time. I would just run.
