New to Ninjette and first time bike owner
My name is Dave and I am 27 years old. Currently living in Lynchburg, VA. I passed the MSF course a few months ago and picked up a 2001 ninja 250. I absolutely love it. Nice to meet you all!

It is a small world! I'm just fighting putting up the bike for the winter right now. I rode to work this morning when it was about 28 degrees. I think that might be my limit. Hands were completely numb. Need to get some heated gloves or something...

Haha I hear ya yea it's been pretty cold lately. How is the 01 ninja? I've been looking at 08 models or newer or a 300.

I cant complain. Super reliable and starts right up even in the cold. The newer body style is a little more modern, but i got such a great deal on this bike I couldn't pass it up. I'm very happy with it.

Yea I don't blame you either. I like the look of the newer ones so much but if I'm so excited to get one I dont know that I would pass on a great deal either.
