Fork length?

What's the length of the forks from the top to axle? (On the bike, no rider weight)

What's the distance between the fork tubes? (Inside to inside)

Negative. I don't really need them anymore either, since I found out they're 37mm, not 35mm.

Was hoping to swap a set of Ninjette forks on to my bike.

I think I got the idea that they were 35 because I got a set of ninjette dust seals for my bike and they fit.
