"MUST READ" NEW MEMBER'S forum
My name is Frid,
I'm from South Florida and plan on getting a Kawasakin Ninja 250 soon. I don't know what year yet, all I know it has to be 09' & up, and the color will be Red. "Thinking about putting on a paint job later in life. The way I found this website was through one of the many Kawasaki Ninja 250 videos I watch on youtube. The reason I watch these videos is research on the performance, look, feel, of the 250 before getting it. And from what I've seen in read, I'm definitely going to get a 250. I've been visiting bike shops and asking questions in my city. And most of the dealers say it's good to start off on a 250 for a beginner rider. But I will soon want to move up to a 600. Now from the 250 videos on youtube and reading the comments, and researching gas and cost of bike, plus insurance including acessories like bike gear. It would be a lot cheaper just to get the 250 and have a real good feel after purchase of the bike. I plan on getting my 250 at the end of this year or later on next year after I get my money right And when I do, I plan on keeping it for awhile. Because I don't plan on racing in the streets with 600. I don't need to go over 100mph. You'll get a ticket for going that fast, and have more of a chance of dying. Sorry I love my life but also know I would love to ride on a motorbike, but not race one when your not on a race course Plus I will be using it for commute. I mean why would I need to spend $10,000 on that 600cc's, and it only carries two passenger's if decided and doesn't protect with the weather or have radio or air-conditioning; when I could spend $5,000 the most with tag & title, plus $25month for insurance on a Kawasaki Ninja 250, enjoy the ride, and use that 10grand on a nice car, where I can take my lady friends on dates, and drive family around. And use my bike for going to the beach and commuting through the city. I hope the paragraph before this about why I want a 250 didn't offend anybody. Just stating my reason why I like one and want one. So later folks. Holla At Me, Frid |

All sound reasoning behind the 250... btw, 08 is identical... so what you meant to say was 08+ not 09+... good luck on your purchase
