AJS Motorcycles has revealed a new 125cc naked bike called the TN12.

It looks just like Yamaha’s £4,099 MT-125, but at £2,125 is nearly half the price.

The TN12 uses a 124cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine that makes a claimed 9.8hp at 8,500rpm.

It weighs 134kg dry, has a five-speed gearbox, and is fitted with disc brakes front and rear with two-piston calipers.

The Chinese-built bike has a seat height of 820mm and a 12.5-litre fuel tank.

As well as featuring 17” alloy wheels, LED lights front and rear, and a digital dash, AJS include a 12-month parts and labour warranty.
