Area P Ordering
Does Area P have an online store or do you have to contact them to order?

I'm surprised with the amount of individual who order area p exhaust systems, they don't have an innovated website like other manufactures.

Sometimes the actual product is more important than the website

It's worth it to call in, I ordered a jet kit and some new exhaust gaskets. Keri was awesome to chat with (always fun to talk bikes), She has amazing customer service skills, and she got my order shipping out that day. Still not sure how they got my order from Fl to Ca in one day with just priority shipping, but I wasn't complaining when it showed up the next day . Great company and awesome customer service every time I've called them.

Hi Ed,
We appreciate your interest. We purposely choose to not be like the larger manufactures and simply have a "shopping cart" type website. Having run very large corporations within our industry, I felt personalized service and interactions with inquires were leaving alot to be desired. Believe me, it would be much easier to simply put a "shopping cart" type site up. But this isn't the kind of company we want to be. At Area P, we want to personally interact with each customer before, during and after the sale. So when you visit the "Contact Us" page on our site http://www.areapnolimits.com/contactus.html , we feel this will enhance your experience with us. I think most people want to be treated like they are appreciated when they contact a company; let alone actually purchase one of their products. Knowing that we actually realize you have many choices out there, we greatly appreciate someone considering our products. Our Area P division is built on a heavily biased R&D/Engineering based model. Lots of hands-on support and access to information many companies will not provide. So being a "smaller" company allows us to continue providing this kind of service. And under my watch, that's the way it will always be. |
