I always wanted a 1000cc triple...

So I bought this:

http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/...st-test-review

I can't believe people aren't screaming from the mountaintops about this engine (well, they aren't in the US, anyway). It's AWESOME. When using the overboost, it feels like a proper, sporty little car. And when going easy on it, the gas mileage is incredible.

On my 25mi commute, 70% highway with few stoplights, I averaged 58.5mpg.

Good, man! I love small cars.

In the U.S. Never mind though, I expanded my search and found out that the 1.0 motors sell in U.S. too.

I think that elio car is supposed to have a 1,000cc triple. Imagine swapping this into the elio, now THAT would be a fun little car that still gets great gas mileage.

Yeah, I was actually excited about seeing whether the Elio happened, and thought that if it did, I may be an early adopter. But I have an infant at home, and being motorcycle only for another year or two just wasn't going to work. But it's cool to be able to find something interesting for a guy who'd rather be on two wheels.
