Face it. The dude is armed, large, and in charge whether you like it or not. If you've got a beef, hassling him is never, ever the right thing to do. Take it up later.

You only have to watch one episode of COPS to know that this is true.

the strength of a man does not change the legitimacy of his actions. strength gives only power over the few. but the tides of the many soon swallow up the tread of the strong.

The only way you'll win a fight with a cop is if you beat him with a lawyer - and even then it's pretty iffy.

Curious as to what the complaint to the police actually was, and if the store manager talked to them first or went straight for the popo-play.

A common sense review of the video...

Fun is cool and all... but there is such as thing as too much of a good thing. These gents took it a bit too far and paid for it.

ps... the 5.0 could have been a bit more tolerable. They should be trained to deescalate situations. The world is full of risks, but seems more and more of the human factor gets pushed to the side and "by the book" prevails. /sigh

It could be summed up by saying "for every action there is an equal reaction." EQUAL being the keyword, but soooo many have forgotten the definition of the work equal.

wouldn't completely blame the police on the escalation of the situation, the guys were refusing to answer the cops questions, sure if they were being open and honest this situation would never seen the internet.

There is no 100% blame here. If they are smart enough to make a video and upload it, they should be mature enough to know when enough is enough and it's time to be at least semi adult about the situation at hand.
