I gave Ben Spies some riding advice today!

Ok so you need to have seen the video called the Ben Spies method first.

About 1 HR after QP today Ben had an autograph session in the Yamaha tent. When it got to be my turn I asked him what animal he thought the track looked like. He said he didn't know! I couldn't believe it!! So I told him it was a honey badger, and he should think about riding around a honey badger tomorrow. If Ben wins tomorrow I will be waiting for him to say in the interview that he picked up a few tenths after he realized the track looks like a honey badger, thanks to me!!

VERY briefly, but yes. It was an autograph session, you get like 20-30 seconds with the guy, if that much.I just missed him a second time in the vendor area as well. The guy next to me in line gave him a toy t-Rex, Ben seemed to have a good sense of humor with us being silly.

All in all it was a pretty f-ing awesome day, gotta go to bed to get up early to ride back up for the race tomorrow!

Couldn't resist being a smart a$$, it is a picture of said track!

I don't have an outline of the track to judge it's honey badger shape.

Overall an awesome weekend. I got to meet Ben Spies, rode the track on my Ninja, watched fp3, QP, wup, and race for all 3 classes from different places on the track. Got some deals on new riding gear, a couple new hats and other little trinkets. I did spend too much money though.
