Ive searched for seafoam on their website http://www.seafoamsales.com/how-to-u...-products.html and chose seafoam spray, not surr if thats the right one but they only show how to use it on cars... I cant seem to find the right product or a DIY on seafoam for the gas tank. My idle speed has been unsteady and im thinking its the fuel inside the tank since the previous owner doesnt seem to maintain the 250 so well but it was cheap.... So any advice or links to the seafoam would be much appreciated thanks!

The can will tell you how many gallons it will treat. Take that amount and devide by the number of ounces in the can. This will tell you how many ounces to use per gallon. Once you have that number multiply it by 4.8 which is how many gallons our bike holds. If I had o bottle in my garrage I would do it for you.

Would you happen to have the link to the Seafoam product itself? I'm not sure which one it exactly is.... All I know is Seafoam is the brand? Thanks in advance!

Seafoam?

So I was warming up my engine since I try tto do that every few days so that it eats up the gas a bit and keep the battery healthy... When it warmed up, I tried reving the engine with the throttle, as I revved 2/3 of the throttle, nothing happended as if I wasnt reving at all so I tried it again...nit tevved normally, and then I tried the 3rd time,, same result as first... I bet the gas is getting built up not being taken out yet ever since I got the bike (due to no insurance yet) so Im assuming after I use up this tank, Seafoam should do the trick?

Warming up your bike without riding it will not only kill your battery but also add water to your gas tank making it not run. Don't do that
