Question Phone Mount?

Our 250s don't offer a whole lot of handle bar space - what do y'all recommend for a phone mount? links? pics?

I bought this for another project a few years ago, didn't work. Got my ninja in August and it was the first thing I put on it!

Perfect fit. Put mine in the bottom right slot with a long arm that holds it right in the middle of the bars.

Welcome to the board, Taylor.

For me, my jacket pocket is the best place for my phone while I'm moving. That way I can't take my eyes
off what's going on to look at it.

I think the best solution is a RAM X-Grip to hold the phone, with a ball that screws right into one of the unused mirror mounts on the Ninja's handlebars. I have mine set up that way, but I'm away from my bike right now so I can't show a picture of it. The X-Grips now come with an extra rubber thing that really secures your phone in it. Ask me how I know this is a good idea.

Here is the ball that fits the existing screw mount in the handlebars (the holes have plugs in them that you have to pop out).

thanks

Thanks all - I was hoping there would be some sort of "all in one" solution. The Ram Mounts seem highly rated, just a little thrown off that three separate parts are needed to complete the set-up.

I only use my phone for GPS (I am the opposite of a human compass), not trying to text or call... so I like to be able to find my way home after I've wandered too far. In the past I've just hand written the instruction on a piece of paper and taped that to my tank, but it is terrible placement, and heaven forbid I miss a turn.

Of course we can all make our own decisions about things like this, but I had a bad outcome from looking in a mirror for a short time years ago, so I stop to look at my GPS/map app. I'd much rather lose a minute or two than repeat my mistake.

My son had one of these on his 2007 Ninjette.

I've been stealing it lately on my Sportster. Hasn't fallen off yet.

There are more than a few reviews saying they broke when tightened. I would say they over tightened them. You don't have to crank down real hard on the mounting screw. Just enough to hold it in place.
