I think your price is fine for now, but what are others going for in the area? You've just listed, give it time

The winter is a difficult selling season. I would suggest waiting until spring if the right buyer doesn't come along in a month or two.

When realtors list houses for sale they look at what neighboring similar houses have sold for, not listed for. That said having a lower list price than another seller might bring the buyer to your door but buyer still might offer well below your ask. Main thing I think is the season right now.

As others have stated, you may have to wait until spring when bikes are in higher demand to get a better selling price.

I'll give you $1200. Times are tuff. You have to deliver and pay for my first full year of gas (and insurance). Just think of it as a Christmas gift from you to me.
