atv maintenence question

hey guys have'nt been on in while, been patiantly looking for a new bike to buy, noluck yet but when i do i'll be sure to let yah know.
anyways my question is...i have a 2007 yamaha big bear...my parking brake(the one on left side) is so loose and my atv doesnt stay on because of it......i have tried adjusting it from the rr back side but it doesnt seem to do anything..........when the break lever is pushed out like it should be you can see the brake line all loose and it does not engae the breaks either......any info would be so appreciated maybe with some pics would help too
