Easiest first step would be to put ear plugs in, made a world of difference for me. I can't go back

I'd contact Yoshi and ask them if they make a baffle for your pipe.

There is a silencer that slips in the end of the yoshi. My bike had a yoshi on it when i purchased it and came with a silencer in a parts box. I put it in recently due to complaining roommate about its loudness at 530am when i head to work.

Earplugs for sure. I run the Jardine-GP1 full exhaust on my 250 and full exhaust on my R1. When my gf was behind me on the 250, I could hear that bike over the sound of mine.

Just a quick note to thank those who responded to my holler for help. The Po found the insert and i picked it up today. Saved my 30 bucks plus shipping...now, time to attack the conservative ignition timing.....

After dealing with the loud as hell MGP Growler slip on... when I got my Yoshi full system the baffle immediately went in... it sounds great and doesn't give me a headache anymore!!! Glad the previous owner had it for you... even if you did have to pay the $30... it would have been worth it!!!
