Z125 chain is junk

If you ever want to have a fun, dinky bike like the Z125, just so you know, swapping the stock chain should be your top priority.

The stock chain lasted me 3k, and wore down my rear sprocket pretty good in that time. I replaced it with a DID 420x100, and it has been solid. Granted, I've only put 250 on it since, but it still feels tight when I do low speed stuff.

Oh, and carrying carrying a KLR 650 battery in your backpack sucks for a ride home of 1.2 hours.
