Don't knock it till you've tried it, I say.

It's not really the type of bike I'd care to ride, but the article says that the torque curve is pretty flat, which probably means that the engine suits the character of the bike well, even if it's not the fire breathing monster the typical sportbike rider would get excited about.

Also, isn't that about the same power as the entry level sportster? That'd be funny if these new low-rent Harleys were actually better than the Sportster.

Totally not my style but the power and torque are reasonable for a beginner 750 cruiser. The only really scary thing is that this bike is aimed at beginner riders and has bad brakes.

It looks like some obscure Asian import that's been re-badged with the HD logo. No thanks.

+1 on that.

This bike is the answer to a question that nobody asked. I can't believe that Harley killed Buell and then brings bring this crap.

The thing looks like a hodge podge of jumbled stuff thrown together like frankenstein on wheels.

Yeah,.. I'm not feeling it. Dyno numbers weren't that impressive either.

^ and then once you ride it you hate it more

seriously though, I like the concept that harley is putting out a relatively inexpensive bike but they may as well use a competent design team. The lack of power/handling abilities are understandable as it is a harley but then it just looks ugly. From the side it's fine but front or back I'm not entirely sure what they were thinking. yamaha bolt crushes this, so does the sportster 883 and the difference in potential cost is not too severe.

Sooooooooo.... I actually went and saw be bike today as it's already been launched in India with deliveries to start some time in June. By golly the bike is tiny. I swear it's been designed for midgets... I'm only 5'7"(not tall by any standards) and even I'm cramped on the bike... It supposedly produces 60nm of torque with no word on hp numbers.

Pics...

It's a mystery to me how anyone over 5'5" is going to manage with this bike... I saw no space provided for forward controls either...
