We were experiencing a bit of a spam problem awhile back. To keep this board from getting blasted, for new users, there is a spam scanner on posts. It programmatically tries to see if a post is likely to be spam. It likely picked yours up since most of the text was actually a link to a URL elsewhere (just the picture you linked). After a certain number of posts, user's entries are no longer scanned at all by that spam scanner, so after you've been here awhile it shouldn't be an issue. More info in this thread:
