2009 Ninja 250R, 1400 miles, Mods and gear! (Denver)

I was hoping not to have to do this, but I have a huge remodel under way at my house and I'm running out of cash. Baby on the way in August and I need to get the rest done, so the Ninja goes for now.

This is a 2009 black Ninja 250R. I purchased it new with 9.2 miles on it. It currently has 1432 miles on it as of today. It may have a few more as my work is 6.9 miles one way and it is nice outside.

I took it down to Faster Motorsports of Denver ( http://www.fastermotosports.com/ ) and had them do a ton of work.

The following was done:

- Full custom GSXR exhaust install fabricated to an Area P header.
- Factory Pro Jet Kit
- K&N Dual Pods
- Cowl installed
- Dynojet tuning after install of above... runs perfect. Starts right up in winter.
- Stainless steel F/R brake lines installed
- HID headlights installed
- Proton front signals installed
- BikeLitez rear cowl install with LED license plate light and rear LED blinkers
- LED tail lamp bulb
- Flash modulator for break lamp

The following parts are included (not installed)

- Extra HR1 exhaust can (black) which was purchased used from CRXTrek
- Rear foot pegs
- Buell footpegs still in packaging for a drop from the stock height if needed
- Fancy Starla exhaust bracket, never used
- Nice rear bike stand with the pegs already fitted to the frame of bike
- Battery tender (bike is wired with pigtail installed professionally)

The following used gear is included:

- ICON pursuit size L leather jacket (Black/silver)
- ICON pursuit black leather summer gloves (Large)
- ICON black leather winter gloves (Large)
- ICON tank bag with storage for helmet
- Shoei RF-1000 Helmet with clear and tinted visors (Large/flat black)
- HJC helmet (Large gloss black with heavy tinted visor) well used

The bike was $4,500 not too long ago (about $5,000 with tax, etc)
The mods and accessories were $2,000 plus
The gear cost about $1,000 all together

About $7,500 worth of Ninja goodness for $5,000.

Title is in hand. Never dropped. Never attempted wheelies, stoppies or any other garbage. I broke it in for the first few hundred miles with variable RPMs and got into it after 500 miles. It has had three oil changes so far.

Bike is located in the Denver metro area. I'd be willing to deliver it for a negotiable fee or you can pick it up. I will detail it prior to someone taking delivery and have all of the accessories waiting in a tote if it is trailered off or you can ride it home and ship the accessories to your residence.
