UPDATED:This will be an early morning Saturday ride to Bear Mountain. All skill levels are welcome, we will NOT leave anyone behind nor try to push them to uncomfortable places. Please note that we hope to be back in the city/home no later than 3pm. @eddiekay will be taking point.

At the request of steve ( and if it's OK with you city boys) I will be kinda taking over this .
In the interest of taking the crew on roads that fit the ninjettes capabilities I'd like to take y'all up to Carmel/ 301 area.
You'll ride...at least...lower NY's most popular sport bike destionation and if willing....euro style back roads where our bikes can match a 600 or bigger. This is no BS....I'm old....have no life,,,cant see or hear so I spend my time searching these suckers out.

I'm in for the Taconic Meetup. Can I suggest moving this meetup point to exit 4 off 287. There is a gas station 100 feet from the exit ramp the entrance back onto 287 is 100 feet from there. Easy on/off and safer than pulling over on the road.

Paul...this has morphed into 3 threads. Not to be a smart ass but...I'm suggesting the points I am because they are easy to reach and take no one off the highway. Unfortunately, when putting together a group, meetup points ...the first time...are always a prob. If you don't mind....can you commit to what I ssuggested for you.....287 entrance ramp to TSP. That way...nobody has to get off. As much as possible...I'm trying to "straight line" the trip up. Including you...we have 4 guys coming from 4 different directions.
It will eat up a lot of time if people have to get off the road. Is that OK ?

To make this easy on everyone, we should just meet up at this BP gas station.

It is easily reachable by 287 E and W. We meet there, and leave @9:45 Sharp. if you missed us just head onto the taconic (north) and leave a message either here on this thread or contact me on my cell (PM me for my cell number.)

Personally, I'm not taking the Whitestone bridge route, I will be taking FDR North through willis ave Bridge and 287 E to the Gas Station.

In the event that anyone does not want to meet there...then lets make TSP and 301 @ 10:30 the second point.
Steve...gotta go to work now....can you post the revised meetup on the other threads? This will be the defintie meetup spot

I believe so, it's the one before the entrance to taconic, just on north broadway which is just off 287. there is also a diner near by too.
