Help with rear wheel assembly

I recently replaced the tires and when reassembling the rear tire it now is hard to spin. When I tighten down the caliper to the mounting bracket it puts pressure on the brake disc and the rear tire is hard to move and hard to walk the bike. Does anyone have a diagram showing where / how to reinstall the rear axle bolt? I’m thinking I installed a spacer the wrong way. Thanks!
