My baby is here!!!!
Took the day off work on Friday and picked up my SE green baby!
already on it's 3rd oil change lol and I'm loving it. Rear cowl cover was put on the sec I got her home, and I've already had the ladys all over it asking for rides and telling me how sexy my baby is lol. Took me 10 min to get my first tank of gas just because I had so many people asking me about it...and she only had 2km on her. This is going to be one fun summer I have a pic I'll post of me and my new love when I get home tonight. but with today being almost 30C and sunny and ~13c and on and off rain being called for the rest of the week, don't expect me to be home while the sun is still shining. .....and no, I'm not excited at all lol |

Great news Mike - and I love the SE colors - no bias of course. Pictures and impressions when you finally run out of gas and park it for a few minutes.

Well so far I have no complaints. The looks are even better then any online pics i saw (only ever saw a black 09 when I bought over teh phone sight unseen lol). This is my first time experiencing new tires on a bike, so I have found that 2 times when I had to be a little heavy on the breaks that it was a little slick and found my back tire almost up beside my front, but other then stops the bikes seems to handle amazing in the turns and excelerates very smoothly.
I love how the guages are blue! lol I was so happy when I first saw that lol. Other thing I have noticed is that the bike is almost sielent when running. it has gotten slightly louder since friday, but still not very loud at all. I'm looking forward to doing my fender chop and also getting a nice area P exhaust on there....now to just decide if I want CF or SS. I thought i wanted CF, but seeing the bike with the stock SS I'm second guessing myself now. Are the area P's really shiny SS or are they a little dull with that "brushed" look? |

ya today was massive! We'll have to organize a gta meet soon so I can meet some of my twins. Watch out for the stock tires, though. The rears love to lock up on the slightest pressure...

Nemy,
I know what you mean. the back still seems to like to move alot if I use the back break. NJD022588, The bike now has just over 600km on it! did a change at 100km, 300, and 600km, next is at 1000km (this will be the first filter change though) after that I think i'll do either 2500 or 3000km and a filter and at that point do the change over to full synthetic. I felt so bad, saw another SE yesterday at the gym and the guy had droped it already :'( only 700km on it. pictures soon.... |

ok so here she is, this was taken like a min after I got her home. just wish I had waited 5 more min till I had the rear cowl on her (looks much sexier).
just ignore the weird look on my face :s I was looking at something out of the corner of my eye and so it looks like I'm blind or something lol. |
