I think it was poor word choice on my part. (= complete wrong wording) It was actually after my time, but for some reason i was thinking it was more of the younger generation so before... see where i got tripped up... no? ehhh i'm an idiot and getting old.

So to clear things up. I was slightly to old to get wrapped up in pokemon when it came around.

This gets me thinking and would belong i a different thread but we should have an unofficial rule book on the forum.

I think i'm hounding this thread in anticipation of ride footage. But that should probably go in the ride reports section anyway so my plan is fail

Ha ha, sorry! 3 hours of video is a lot to weed through. And the pro photographer/sometimes projection design in me means that it's going to have to be, like, well edited and crap.

Joe: A nudibranch is a Cephelopod (same class as octopus and squid) from the Mollusca Phyllum. Obviously.

Ahem, they are sea slugs, but really cute and colourful sea slugs! And their name is funny

A buddy of mine started a facebook group called "Gaithersburg Riders" since most of us live in this area. All are welcome to join the group and come on some rides with us. We have a few Ninja 250s, Ninja 500s, a pair of GS500s, a Ninja 650 and FZ6Rs.

Sounds like a busy weekend/week

I can't commit at this point 100% but i might be up for an early Saturday ride. I need to play with my jetting tomorrow and if all goes well I will need to give it a good testing hence giving me an excuse to go for a ride Saturday morning.

I live in Culpeper, VA. it's about an hour and a half to / from dc without traffic. but like subxero said, it looks like it's gonna rain.

I just bought a ninja 300 and live in the warrenton area. Would be awesome to locate some people in the country for rides on the weekends.

That would be great! I haven't seen one of the 300's up close yet

. I live between 211 and culpeper just off 229 and we have some good roads around here. I haven't ridden any nice roads in the nokesville area but I sure would like to.

We could take a ride out in the country. I was curious to check out 211 over the mountain into Luray. I might be able to find a few other friends interested in that ride too. I have one friend who rides a 250 and another that rides a bigger bike.

Awesome, I will add you to my contacts and send you a message. I wont be able to go for a weekend ride until the weekend of July 6th though. I have family obligations this weekend and out of town the next. I work Monday through Friday during the day, so weekends are best for me. I will mention I am from this forum when I message you. It would be awesome to get a big group together for regular rides over the summer.

I am indeed the one who commented on your YouTube vid. Nice to meet you. I will definitely plan some rides over weekends this summer. After the next 2 weekends I'm pretty open schedule wise. It would be awesome to have our own local 250/300 club of riders. I also joined the Facebook group you mentioned today, but it seems more national/worldwide unless I joined the wrong one.

211 out by skyline drive has some spectacular low-speed twisties

! I currently only have my r6 seeing as I sold both my other bikes but I promise to play nice lol. I've been real busy at work lately, barely had a chance to ride the bike over the past month

So, Jason Cloonan at sportbiketrackgear (who I give all my disposable income) hooked me up with 4 free tickets to the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship race this saturday. It was an awesome thing for him to do; however, I can no longer go. So I have FOUR FREE TICKETS to the first people to pipe up. The race is at Budds Creek in Mechanicsville, MD at 1PM, and the tickets would cost you $40 a piece.
