How loud are they? I just bought a used set and am thinking about getting the p1x tip to quite them down. Also do I need to rejet. I know i do if im looking for more power. I just bought them for a little more sound so should I be good . and I already searched youtube and only found a couple good vids for the muffler

They're loud, but no louder than any other sport bike with a pipe, and much quieter than straight pipe.

P1X powertips don't fit (ask me how I know ) you'll need the P2 powertip

With the powertips, 2 washers on the needles works very well for me, however I did notice that it behaves very differently with/without the P2 inserts.

Currently I have my intake lid opened, no powertips, 108 mains, and 3 washers and it runs pretty well. That's a cheap way to a) make it pull a little harder and b) get some better sound out of it. The intake changed the tone of the exhaust for the better

Well I mean, they're pretty loud compared to stock, but they're not as loud as people say.

They seemed really really loud to me when I first got them, but that's just because they were a total contrast to the whisper of the stock exhaust. I've gotten used to them, and they're definitely not the loudest thing on the road. Maybe a bit too loud for a neighborhood after 11:00 though...
