How do I adjust the throttle push-pull cables?

I just did the zip tie mod on the throttle and it has taken up the 2-3mm of free play I had before.

How do I loosen it up again?
P.s. I dont have the service manual so telling me to look there wont help.

Here's what the service manual has if you still need it.
