HELP!!! NINJA 250 won’t start
Recently replaced the head on my ninja 250. Went through it thinking everything was fine. But I’ve got a wall now. The bike won’t start. It’s cranking really rough

What is battery voltage?
What is battery voltage while cranking? Do you have +12v at each coil's red wire with key ON? Check for spark at plugs. Check for vacuum at petcock and that petrol actually flows to carbs. How long was carbs sitting around while you repaired head ? Do you have multimeter? Oscilloscope? |

Any chance the valve timing is off? I ask because the noise I heard could be valves hitting pistons.

That metallic tapping noise is no bueno.
You might want to start pulling it back apart and check the timing. And compression test it once you are sure the timming is correct.
