I run a mgp growler from hot bodies and love it. I think anything besides the lawn mower sound its got stock is a must.

I slapped on the Two Brothers slip-on. Did not want to go thru the expense and time of full systems, re-jetting, etc. Does what I need it to do, a little increase in HP.. lighter by a few pounds... and gives a wonderful growl around town Now I just have to figure on when it needs to be repacked if at all.

You serious?! I love the look of the TBR pipe.

To answer the repacking question... directly from their website:

Quote:
Are Two Brothers Racing canisters rebuildable/repackable and how often do I need to do this?

Yes, all Two Brothers Racing canisters are rebuildable. The length of time between repacks varies depending on the type of riding you do and the type of bike you own. Inline fours and sixes are generally very easy on the packing material while singles and big twins tend to be harsh on the packing. We’ve seen sport touring bikes with over 60,000 miles on the mufflers where the packing looked as good as new while we’ve also seen big superbike twins with lot’s of track time burn through the packing in less than 2,000 miles. If you need to repack your canister(s), repack kits are available (one repack kit per canister). The kits come with new rivets, packing material and a drill bit (#30) to remove the old rivets. We also provide the service and it typically runs $25 per canister plus parts.

i only had two pipes...one is Yoshi and the other Akra. Akra wins hands down...AreaP has great customer service..and their long pipe sounds nice...but I like Akra look much better and sounds really sweet too.

Got a Yoshimura slipon myself a few days ago. Bought it to freshen up the looks of the bike, and for the bike to make a bit more sound. Looks way better than the other alternatives and i'm loving the sound! Definately worth checking it out.
